Steven Chien Lai

Steven is currently an Associate at APEX Capital Partners. He began his career at BlackRock in the New York and later San Francisco offices, where he most recently was an Associate in BlackRock’s Quantitative Equity team. Steven later received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, interning for APEX Capital Partners before rejoining full-time upon graduation. Steven is a CFA Charterholder and received his BS from New York University Shanghai as a double major in Finance and Social Sciences.

In his spare time, Steven enjoys watching Formula 1, playing Texas Hold’em Poker, and long-distance road trips.
